The May 26th Full Moon will be the first eclipse of 2021, and will be followed in two weeks by an annular solar eclipse that will cast its shadow over the North Pole. Follow this link for an eclipse map that will let you know if the May 26 event is visible in your area, and not that when a lunar eclipse precedes a solar eclipse, then the lunar nature dominates, which means the emotional-feeling life takes the lead. Things will shift when the solar eclipse rolls around.

The eclipse begins at 4:37 am in the eastern time zone and comes to maximum at 7:18 am, after the Moon has already set for the eastern United States.
